We will discuss, what is energy healing, what is a chakra and how does it work and how to heal yourself and others. During this fun and informative workshop you will learn about energy healing and your own energy system through:

* Playing with your energy ball
Hillary Bedell has been an energy healer for over 40 years. She has studied Joh'rei, a Japanese form of hands on healing and Transpersonal Touch Therapy from the Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing in Studio City.
