Exploring Nature’s Blessings Through Shamanism
Shamanism teaches us that everything that exists is alive and has a spirit. We are all part of the natural world. The more we understand it, the more we understand ourselves. As we are a part of nature, we have a deep need to reconnect with nature’s cycles and rhythms. When we are disconnected with nature, ailments, such as chronic fatigue, depression, and other illnesses are created. By finding balance with our natural world we create harmony in ourselves.
