Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

This painting is deliberately crude in application and is intended to contrast with what I hope appears to be a finely crafted portrait when viewed from a distance. As the viewer approaches, the 'illusion' of the portrait disintegrates into the reality of 1,178 crudely applied daubs of colour on a roughly painted blue-to-red gradient.
