I had in the past extra energy and maybe people was scared expecially parents.......

I wanna say to all parents with child too active not to turn them down into sedative or stimulant chemistry.......it's better to educate them to use in a right way their energy rather than trimming it......i tell this with my hand on hearth.........

for many child the destiny is to remain child and this cundamn makes them feel pain because can't progress in adult's world.......they grow insecure with fear of themselves.

drugs have sedative effects in extended time therapy.........sedative means lower frequency and your thoughts slown down so that you paradossaly remain stuck in your ilness........

it's better having much energy and trim it eventually than having few of it.......

it's true that an high activity of brain may lead to anxiety.......this is the so called emotive intelligence that the child has to be educated to bear ......to master not hide feelings......being enough sensible but enough strong...........

Haha, just spotted a typo in my post right below, I meant music FOR Peace, not "or"

Today i heard from a young mother "children are the fire the rest of this wasted world is the ash"

i say we the architects are the heath that comes from that fire

A friend sent me this and I share it with you: " A father is a father forever, your children always need you.....your love, your support and the your caring in ways that only you can."

Also recently I came across this interesting article on the day from a divorced dad....

Music is looked upon as something serious and holy, designed to purify the feelings of the people. The enthusiasm of the heart expresses itself involuntarily in a burst of song or the rhythmic movement of the body. From immemorial times the inspiring affects that moves all hearts, and draws them together, has mystified mankind.
The ancient kings made music in order to honor merit, and offered it with splendor to the Supreme Deity inviting their ancestors to be present. In the Temple folks drew near to God with music and pantomimes. The Ancestors were invited to these divine rituals as guests of the ruler of heaven and as representatives of humanity in the higher regions. This uniting of the human past with the Divinity in revering his ancestors with solemn moments of spiritual inspiration established the bond between God and man. Our first Earthdance and Theater.

My son will be six fairly soon, had this module about alcohol and drugs. I did not know where it was coming from, so I asked the instructor what all this talk was about. I don't drink, and it is not something I believe is an active concern on the mother's side. We had a conversation and yes, she confirmed it was something they were learning about, as mandated by LAUSD, I suppose. She set me up to speak as the physician for two classes of first graders.

I was very excited, and hope I brought a good message regarding what are vital signs, allergies, and I spoke of alcoholism as a disease. There is nothing I would not do to make things better for my kid, and I want to help this upcoming generation to have it a lot better than I did.

Best, Mike

the dynamics are very interesting now that i've arrived back home... there seems to be resentment and fear around facing my new found serenity - i'm relaxing daily still, "working" at keeping my balance and calm center. it's not always easy, as the family "storms" unfold as the kids are trying to get their "old mom" back... it'll take a while for the acceptance of the "new mom" to happen, meanwhile i just truly hope i can keep the center before i cave and fall into the patterns of old...

Good on you Claudia! They will survive, 'cause they ain't got no choice---Mamasan needs a break! HA! It is great to hear parents talking about how they too need to take care of themselves. This is how we maintain being the most effective for others.
