Mission Statement

You have discovered the Wizard of Oz.
Ask me a question because I have all the answers. If it is complicated I may have to get back to you. I will. I must work to priorities.
What is your dream?
If you can define it I can help you make it come true.
The Secret? Love it. The Law of Attraction. works but not as easy as it looks.
You can bring your friends.
I was born an only child so I like friends. Without other people I would be all alone.
Just me and Blackie and CoCo. 2 cats. both black. They needed better PR.
You should see the kids at Halloween. Blackie sits in the window like a statue and then jumps in front of the door to try and get out.
It only works once and then I put him in the bedroom and shut the door.
I think I have the only bedroom with a picture window in it.
Bring your questions. Bring your friends

I have been an architect since last september but I wanna let you know that NOW I am ready to bring the sun through renewable energy.
I am engineer with many diverse work experiences but i feel now is the time because of political social and selftraining maturity to bring to the world my contribution not just creating or speculating on a new corporate.
Bringn the sun means for me winning against fear and being pure to work in the day's light with clarity humanity, dignity. And save the planet from global warming. My motto tells : "many energy comes from the sun why put up a fire?"
This is the "marriage" and promise I have been preparing through 3 years of "solo work and confront with real people needs" but now it's the time to "turn on the engine"

Music is looked upon as something serious and holy, designed to purify the feelings of the people. The enthusiasm of the heart expresses itself involuntarily in a burst of song or the rhythmic movement of the body. From immemorial times the inspiring affects that moves all hearts, and draws them together, has mystified mankind.
The ancient kings made music in order to honor merit, and offered it with splendor to the Supreme Deity inviting their ancestors to be present. In the Temple folks drew near to God with music and pantomimes. The Ancestors were invited to these divine rituals as guests of the ruler of heaven and as representatives of humanity in the higher regions. This uniting of the human past with the Divinity in revering his ancestors with solemn moments of spiritual inspiration established the bond between God and man. Our first Earthdance and Theater.

Chris, what a really great story. Courage is so hard to find in today's world. People protect the status quo even when it does not work. Someone who tries something outside the box faces many who say it won't work, it is a bad economy, or the person with the idea doesn't know what they are doing. As children we are creative and fearless. Sadly too many children are raised with people who are afraid of risk. The most awful thing I can think of is watching a parent say to a child that they will never amount to anything. How does anyone know what a child of 4 or 5 will be capable of when they are 20 or thirty.
I started this group and used the example of the Wizard of Oz. It confused at least one member. I think that is because they thought I was saying that I personally had all the answers. Not at all. I do, however, have 14 million contacts and the ability to research via the Internet. So I never met a problem that had no solution. I do meet many people who use excuses for not doing work that makes them happy.

Dear Friends,

I thought I would share this powerful story with you, please share it with everyone you know.

A successful businessman was growing old and knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business.

Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to do something different. He called all the young executives in his company together.

He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you.

"The young executives were Shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED.

I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you.

I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO."

One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed.

Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After
about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow..

Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure.

Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however... He just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - He so wanted the seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection.. Jim told his wife that
he wasn't going to take an empty pot.. But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick to his stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.

He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was
amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful -- in all shapes and sizes..

Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him!

When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives.

Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. "Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"

All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the Financial Director to bring him to the front.

Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!"

When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed - Jim told him the story.

The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, "Behold your next Chief Executive Officer! His name is
Jim!"

Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed.

"How could he be the new CEO?" the others said.

Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow.

All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you.

Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive Officer!"

MORAL OF THE STORY

If you plant honesty, you will reap trust
If you plant goodness, you will reap friends
If you plant humility, you will reap greatness
If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment
If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective
If you plant hard work, you will reap success
If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation
If you plant faith & truth, you will reap a harvest

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap
later..

Architect of Xtar makes a statement that I feel is on the minds of many people in today's world. He states that the animals are predators and that is the way of the world. He then makes the connection (if I am interpreting properly) that Peace on Earth is only an illusion and will not ever exist any more than "Utopia". He uses the word Messiah and asks if we will all be Messiahs at some point.
My answer to that is that in a way he is right. The world will be at Peace when each of us saves our share of it. So the future of Peace on Earth is not in the hands of one person but up to us all. Some of us may make a difference in only one other life and some might make a difference in hundreds. As a writer there is no limit to how many lives we can make a difference in. You see we are animals with Spirit, Intelligence, and Free Will. That means we can work at being civilized. Personally I think that having friends beats having enemies.

It is a glorious privilege to live, to know, to act, to listen,
to behold, to love. To look up at the blue summer sky;
to see the sun sink slowly beyond the line of the horizon;
to watch the worlds come twinkling into view, first one
by one, and the myriads that no man can count, and lo!
the universe is white with them; and you and I are here.

So if you need a team why don't you develop a business plan that shows what the team would do, what the team would cost to implement, and what the benefits of the team would be. Why the defensive attitude? I might guess that it is because you think this team will never be real?

Dear Laurie, have a wonderful vacation. You earned it. We need more organizations not fewer because we are in an explosive technological time that brings new forms of stress and very intense competition.

Dear Laurie, You ask the question that is likely on the mind of many. What is love when there seems to be so much pain? Original pain, usually physical, is a signal that tells us to pay attention to something that is not functioning. If we carry this through to domestic violence we can see the obvious parallel.
Now when we cut our finger we know to get a bandaid or something to wrap the finger to stop the bleeding. We know if it is more serious we need to go to someone to have stitches and possibly a tetnus shot.
With DV it is not so easy. The very person who inflicts the pain is also supposed to be someone we can trust and love. When the DV starts very early with the child, they do not know different. I have often wondered if it is worse for a child to be the victim or to watch as their Mother or another member of the family is the victim. Neither is good.
While you would be applauded for getting a bandaid for a cut finger you face open hostility when advising what is required to resolve the pain in DV.
Then you add the fact that you are not paid well, assigned too many clients, and lied to by the very people you are trying to help.
I plan on helping you with these issues.
#1 the release of my book this year will explain some things.
#2 I wish to set you and others up with outlets so that you can help educate
the rest of the World without exposing your true identity and can earn
to supplement your career .
#3 We need to have spare people in your line of work, as well as EMTs, police,
and firefighters so that each month you get a break of one week to recover
your sanity. Things are not designed that way now because the
government are not set up to function like business but like armies. Armies
just spend money, they do not make it.
Nothing is written in stone and all organizations can be made to function better with the addition of an Organizational Architect.
I am here for you and I will always love you.
I ask nothing in return. I shall do whatever I can to get you what you feel you need if you can be specific about what you need.
