By our prayers of affirmation for a growing consciousness of compassion, kindness, respect, trust, light and love (to name a few) we raise this bar and decree our collective freedom from oppressions of all kinds be it outside or "self" inflicted. Our thoughts are "things" - let us choose and envision ones carrying only the highest aspects of LOVE for all collectively, coherently as ONE.

Not to mention the simplification of our individual and collective lives. The thinning of the unused, out with the "old", the getting of only what one "needs" and practicing all the "R's" of Greening... (recycle, reuse, repair, replenish, reduce...).

Alas - the process is "slow" and sometimes quite painful nonetheless... YES - It is all in the HERE and NOW that our true PEACE may be found ... though sometimes old habits are indeed slow to evolve too eh?

Kindness, caring, respect, gratitude, compassion, trust - LOVE... this is THE WAY isn't it? TOGETHER...

We as a community of humans are being charged with reevaluating and putting things more in perspective on a truly Spiritual level. I am referring to Spirituality rather than religion or any other deterrent that prevents us from getting in touch with, and living, the purpose we came here for. In many respects it is an opportunity for use to help each other in numerous ways. One of the major challenges that we are facing is being here and now and finding something, no matter how small, to be grateful for. I am California and what you are describing is very obvious here. There is much unrest throughout the land. We are being given an opprotunity to make major changes in our thinking and our being and change is difficult at best unless we choose it. In the case many are being forced into it. Prayer or sending good energy or thoughts is a huge helps. Looking at the things inside of us that we can improve or change, getting back to simpler things, respecting those aroung us, being more grateful for the little things and doing our best to contribute wherever we can regardless of how small it seems to be. Now more than ever before it is critical for us to stand together in love and solidarity with people from all nations, backgrounds, and creeds. WE are love if we get out of the way and let love be our guide and ask love to lead us. My prayers and thoughts are focused on what we can do to accept what these short term problems are and work towards creating a better tomorrow with kindness, caring, and respect. My prayers are joining yours and I will do what I can to contribute.

Comment by Martial on July 29, 2009 at 6:56am: Is it just me and the many/few in my immediate circle of friends and family here in Saint Joseph, MO - or are we "all" feeling kinda "off kilter" these days??? Emotions seem easy to knock off center, insecurities about our future abound, everyone seems to be in financial distress, health for many is waning, energy levels are low, some seem to be actually aging quicker, there is much collective apprehension in the air... and I am not taking about the "economy or politics"... it's an actual VIBE that seems to be prevalent in the area... How are your parts of the world? How can we "pray" for this? What can we do to raise this energy? Is it Divine Order nonetheless - and surrender? How does one cope? How does one "lead/wayshow" - as business owner/employer, father, brother, friend, neighbor? Even tho a part of me "knows" better - it's hard not to be affected by all these energies!!?? Many things are "shutting down"... how does one know when it's time to "LET GO" of certain things that may not appear to be working anymore? Does the maxim "A quitter never wins and a winner never quits" have any staying power in these times??? How does one discern from what may be outdated Patriarchal ways that just no longer works and need to be released?? I sense that thoudands if not millions of people on this planet are having similar semtiments? Your Thoughts?
