I know how you feel with the many things you want to do. I have same problem an I still pray to be blessed with patience to menage with difficulties and dramas in a healthy way and for time to do what gives me " warmth in the heart, light in the mind and power in teh body". One teacher said when we feel in this way we should be sure we do the right thing.
