Dr PAN peiwen is a Professional Independent Director by Education and a Global Independent Advisor in Singapore.  He has over four years investment banking & Islamic banking experience in Saudi Arabia, over 15 years corporate audit & internal controls experience; and over 14 years IT experience.  He is an integrated auditor and a seasoned business traveller who has travelled to more than 16 countries in four continents.  

Dr Pan has a diverse experience, education and training background.  He is bilingual in English and Chinese/Mandarin (mother tongue).  He holds a Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Corporate Governance and Strategic Planning from the Greenleaf University, USA and a Degree of Master of Business in Information Technology (MBIT) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University), Australia.  He is a Fellow of Association of International Accountants, UK (FAIA) and a Graduate Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
