CONNECTING WITH THE EARTH

Send love and light to Mother Earth

The Angels want you to remember that you are spirit with a human mask of an earthly body. When each side is balanced they form a perfect circle, they create a harmonious whole.

Connect yourself with the earth. Walk barefoot on the grass or soil, eat foods from the ground like carrots and potatoes, visit a farmers market in your area, rubbing your bare feet, touching a tree or a plant, or by visualizing roots coming from the bottom of your feet into the earth. By grounding yourself with the earth helps you concentrate and focus, and will also increase your connections with your angels.

Your Angel guidance is to connect with Mother Earth and then Connect with your Angels, forming that perfect circle of life. Do a meditation with us all connected and feel the love, then share that love with others who may not be feeling the strength of this connection.
