Honour yourself and follow your guidance

Many of you have been undergoing tremendous spiritual growth. With all the shifts and changes that have been happening to you, you begin to honour yourself more and trust your inner guidance. The more you use and trust your inner wisdom, the more it grows. Whatever you feed shall grow exponentially, and we see so much happening on your earth plane by those of you who are becoming so bright.

Take some time today to go out an play. Being out of doors and having some fun will assist in your shifts. You are able to breath fresh air and expand your lungs as you run about laughing and enjoying yourself and from this, fresh new ideas pop into your head from your entourage of Light Beings, as well as your higher self. Drink plenty of life giving water too.

As you find more joy on journey each day becomes brighter than the one before it.
