We do have the plenty of it, the question is about how to use it. When being happy we wish it would last forever, but it seams to fly so fast. Yet when facing difficulties it does not seam to move at all. Then it is the calling to make a change or just the need to heal something inside to feel better again. So the feeling gets us to the right track again.
What we all need is to take the time for the family, friends, fulfilling our dreams and using our full potential. We should also work with what we "don't like" until it is healed inside. Sometimes these things become the excuse not to do what our heart shows us. This "I have to do" attitude breaks the connection with the joy. To do what we love the most and to love what we do can be the key for being happy in the moment. Sometimes it is just the acceptance as it is needless to suffer. If something is annoying, it needs to get even deeper and focus on where all the feelings come from. That is the source energy inside and it removes the suffering. Sometimes it shows that we can do something about the situation or at least change the inner feeling.
Being happy is the most we can do, but it may need us to to the most we CAN do, but it is also the joy. That is the time that we have and also the meaning for it.
