Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

Attended by over 10,000 peace loving folks of all ages, the weekend long show near Woodstock Illinois was a huge success! For someone who had missed the origonal it gave us the chance to feel we had come close to the true experience meant to be conveyed by a peace rally/gathering. The bands were very nice representations of many of the acts there at Woodstock NY in 1969. We want our boys home from war overseas the same as during Vietnam.

Although we may understand a little better why there is a war going on, and are willing to see our returning soldiers in a better light, there is still a sense of a better way through peace negotiations and enhanced diplomacy.

This Festival helped to bring home a wonderful way to gather and communicate through music and love.

To remember the songs of the sixties and sing along with teens and children who have also grown up within an atmosphere of laughter and fun there amid the tears and terror of fighting in the streets and homes-the tearing apart of families and communities, shows us there is always a solution to any problem and to work together toward an improved future is the common goal of most of us who daily struggle to maintain a better quality of life for our families.

Thankyou to those who attended and sang songs of peace brought from a previous generation, back into the forefront to be an access to future events of similar style. Additional clarity comes from remembering the way to be an architect of a new dawn.
