Have you read the book: "Beyond Beef - The Rise and Fall of the Cattle Culture" by Jeremy Rifkin in which he goes back into ancient history and tells of the Mythraic religion which preceded Christianity. This religion was the worship of the bull, and when Emperor, then Pope Constantine made Christianity the official religion of Rome, many of the rites associated with Mythraicism were incorporated into it. Fast forward then for the sake of this conversation and read about how the English lords/elite became so addicted to the eating of meat, and, in particular beef the King George had to set a limit as to how much meat could be eaten at one sitting at their tables. So addicted to beef were these people in England that they could not meet the supply demand for beef in their own country . So, they came to America and bribed the U.S. government to destroy the buffalo and with it the Native American population. Then they built the Great American Railroad from West to East with which to haul cattle headed to market for shipment to England and other places in Europe. Today most of the grain we raise here in the U.S. is used to feed cattle destined to feed not only those here in the U.S. that have become addicted to beef, but to the European market.

We have been caretakers of Mother Earth since our Ancestor's were born. Nobody know's the pain that we feel with nobody will listen or care about all the damages done to our EARTH, water, animals, air and everything all the resources in the World. It's NOT new to us nor will it ever be, this has been our GOAL since the day we are BORN to this Earth. NOBODY listen's to us we have been Protesting this since FOREVER, I wished there were more people somewhere that spent half their time and money & effort to change this NOW!
