Hello I am a very new member and a Native American Indian from Oregon. We still to this day have so many issues with the State of Oregon, the govt. and and all others still trying to keep us down, when we are from here and should by this day and age have some kind of leverage. But, we still have to fight for every little thing always. We recently had to buy back our own lands that were taken forcibly by the Govt and State officials. We are still fighting these issues still on a daily basis, so I know exactly how important many different issues are. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do for any cause I will certainly try my best. From Deb R L.

The idea of promoting only peace and love etc. is a very good one unless the audience never looks anywhere else. It is a little like destroying all your guns so there will be peace just to find out that the guys down the road only pretended to dump the guns. Peace is not that easy and we tried this method in the 60s.
