Mark Allen Frost and Seth will discuss Seth's theory on Good Humor. In the Seth Teaching Good Humor is a starting place for the creation of Positive Realities. Mark and Seth will describe how Good Humor can be used in a program of healing, in a prosperity program, and in a practice of spiritual awakening. The Seth Frequency is a state of consciousness that allows for a perception of the channeled Entity known as Seth. Mark Allen Frost has perfected a trance state that allows him to communicate with Seth. While in trance, Mark acts as a sort of transmitter of the Seth frequency, so that others who are of a like-mind may tune-in to Seth as well.
