It is in the letting go of all things (i.e. material things, money, worry, guilt, fear, hate, animosity to a loved one etc...) that allow us to REALLY look within and realize the peace and happiness that was ours all along. We just forgot it in this maze of a matrix we live in. When we say we want something we're making a statement that we don't already have. everything we need in this life. In the realization of this concept we will draw to us what we visualize in our lives. The ironic part is that what we thought we wanted before we let go of all this stuff/baggage often changes 180 degrees. Another important part is forgiveness to ourselves and others. That being said, I'm still a work in progress! LOL
