Yes I am sad to say that there is still this problem in the Schools well at least here on the East Coast. I was bullied in my Younger years in school because I was so much stronger than others. Our Children got picked on and bullied because their skin color varied so much. I agree with Mike in yes what goes around sure will come back on them I believe. I wish no ill will but sure hope that all peoples will just let go and live and share and help others.. thoughts and a well wish for all peoples from Meta

Kids until to this day get bullied because maybe by their skin color and their differences. In most school kids get bullied because the kids are new to the school or if the kids has disabilities. I was bullied as a kid from elementary through high school because something was wrong with my eye my eye had no tear duct and my eye would always swell up and has a lot of morning glory and maybe the color of the skin yes some people are just plain racist.. also i have a learning disability i"m a bit slow at things but it don't bother me because the one who get bullied will get the last laugh and what comes around goes around

I have been thinking of this bulling tragedy that we are witnessing now with our children. I am a mother of four beautiful children and I know that they for the most part follow the lead of their parents. The grownup in their life are not mean spirited. We speak of others with dignity and when we have differences with others we choose our words or follow the Golden Rule of nothing kind to say , say nothing at all. I also see some adults in our country saying and being disrespectful , vial and cruel to each other and even to our elected officals. Are these happenings now showing our children the sport of bulling is accepatable ? I was the only hispanic in many situations growing up and I was bullied,yet I was fast on my feet and wit to wiggle out of tight situations. What else do I teach my children in these situations presented today? I value the minds and spirits on this site , any ideas? Namaste
