Becoming aware of Energy Centers

Dear Architects,

Today we want to suggest exploring the chacras ( especially for those who aren't familiar with it).Therefore watch the videos. It shall inspire you – relax while watching it. You don't have to take it necessarily as a guiding lecture. It's about being more aware of your body,your mental and emotional levels,your whole being,which is structured. You could practice yoga,quigong etc,that will bring inner awareness. And there's a lot more offerings leading into balance work.
Continuity is the foundation for all kind of spiritual work. Once you found something you feel attracted by,it's recommended to stay with it – especially traditional spiritual disciplines, like quigong,for example – which will make inner spaces accessible.
But you can also create your own framework,having a mixture from a variety of exercises from different systems. So you practice with these o n e(s) then. If it feel's good for you being guided by a teacher – go for it.

To talk about awareness... therefore we have to bring little by little our whole being into this state,then the communication will be dynamic,...also slowly “higher” consciousness will start interacting more and more. Once you start feeling your chacras(energy centers),you're on your journey.

And it's not about reaching something – all there is,is experience. Walking the never ending way. And some fly.

These days the planet is looking for peace. But its civilisations haven't created a culture for it. Not yet. But there will be peace out there – if there's peace from within. Balance. It will be a gorgeous experience.
And it's actually easy to do. Easy.

Once you're on your journey and you start to see who you really are – there will be no more room left for intolerance,fear,ignorance, judgement – and it will be impossible for you to see others that way.
What a experience....peace.

During the day we hear ourselves occasionally say:I need. Everyone has expectations(one expectation: that the world will get better:-) ). Then we ask god,the universe,jesus,the fulfil them.
But maybe our expectations are not more but a vessel for addictive behaviour. Conditionings. And the only real “need” is being connected again – with the divine source and each other. But we were never disconnected. We only p e r c e i v e it that way.

Very nice. I use a combination of techniques with meditation in the forefront. i also use Kundalini/yoga and chakra meditation as well as the occational fast.(fasting is good for your health as well as it gives your system a break and purges toxins from the body.) If you have health issues please speak with your doctor before fasting. ~Love & Light~b

Below I wrote about creating the capacity to receive - quoting Tagore and Jeanne.
Also, besides the combination of silence and meditation, fasting creates space to receive for me. Formerly, I fasted 40 hrs. straight 8pm Monday to 12pm on Wed. Now, it is more convenient for me to fast 20 hrs 2x per week. My best days are 6pm Mon. to 2pm on Tues. and then again 6pm on Tues. to 2pm on Wed. I drink mostly green tea with lemon juice on those fasting days. Everyday I fast 12 hours per day (8pm to 8am) - making it a real break fast.
