Integrated Growth, one step at a time

I felt inspired to start a group which would allow us to share some of our journey, our process and tools on our path to becoming more of who we are, our authentic loving selves!

May you all be blessed in your journey with Integrated Growth, one step at a time. I think this means that as we evolve it affects all aspects of are lives, growth is a integration of the whole-self to a subtler beingness or vibration. Integration can be taken only "one step at a time" - each step being one vibrational frequency, each frequency is a step. The frequency (waves) at which we vibrate our thoughts, emotions, physicality, and spirit co-create the reality we experience. I suppose we can see life like a elevator, many steps between floors and people on every step, each evolving through time to step-up, eventually reaching the next floor. We all get there, enjoy your journey, open to integration, for now the world is in need for as many of us as possible to "step-up" to our responsibility as stewards of this Earth, and of one another. I love you all, Namaste.

Last night at a prayer/meditation gathering, a friend told me that a shaman in Ecuador told her that "Thoughts were things." If thoughts are things, then cleaning the clutter from your mind is like clearing the clutter from your room.
Your mind is more open and peaceful, just as your room would be.

Another reason to be grateful for "being spared" (one of my favorite teacher's stock replies to loss - Byron Katie) by Mom in leaving me out of her will.

My mother passed on Dec. 24, a few months ago. At the reading of the will, I was shocked that I was almost left out. I am the last remaining son of five of us, and the only other beneficiary was my nephew - the only grandchild. I was shocked as was all of my friends, as I was the caregiver for my nephew. He moved out at the start of my Mother's hospitalization, and has decided not to return. However, his inheritance has not been for his highest good.
On the other hand, I have been through my greatest growth since the initial great despair of feeling rejected by Mom. While she was in the ICU, I asked her to come back as a comforting angel or to send me a guardian angel. I have intensely worked on myself - to do what it takes to soothe the inner (almost suidical) tormentor. I have greatly increased my meditation practice. I have sought out and taken all kinds of healing oppportunities. Now I am fasting!
I have never had such a solid time of growth. At one sound healing event, a member of the audience I did not know saw Archangel Micheal knighting me. At another sound healing last week the co-healer, who I also did not know, noticed "many angels" around me. I have been reading all I can about angels - Angel Miracles by Brad and Sherry Steiger and Messengers of LIght by Terry Lynn Taylor - both very good information. Last night, at a prayer/meditation group. a long-time friend who knew my Mother saw her there in spirit.Another group member saw "sparkly lights' on both sides of me. I smell a beautiful fragrant flowery scent at my right shoulder frequently,. I am asking the angels for help! And I have had the best most transcendent meditations of my life, and creativity is blossoming. Thank you Great Spirit! And all you lesser Spirits too. It appears that Mom has left me the greatest gift. Now to get those angels helping my nephew. It hurts too much to put him out of my heart.(read main initial post), No mistake, Ron

So, thank you Ancient One. A point of discussion to ponder could be....How am I following my bliss in this life now? What story am I telling myself to block the bliss? Can I choose to let go of that story, be grateful for the learning and move more fully into that bliss now?
Comment by The Ancient One on March 25, 2009 at 9:43am
Follow your bliss.
If you do follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while
waiting for you, and the life you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to
meet people who are in the field of your bliss, and they open the doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and
dont be afraid... and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be. If you follow
your bliss, doors will open for you that wouldn't have opened for anyone else.

Jacqui, a wise person's group for a perilous time. May we have the wisdom to weather this global earthquake with community and generosity. Be well. Your Friend, Ruth

HI Linda, I thought it might be a nice place here to share integrated tools and steps and stories of overcoming our stuff and walking that little bit brighter,in of and for love....My intention was to call this group, "integrated growth, one step at a time, and somehow my name went in that slot...a bit embarrassing and working on editing the group name...however feeling the love and purpose of something more and yes, feeling the fear to do it anyway...loving you and I"ll keep trying to work out how to change the name....love Jacqui
