Life is like a rough river sometimes with it's many twists, rocky turns and swirling rapids. Perhaps if we take too much time in reflection looking back from where we came and for too long, we may very well end up on the shore where we may be held in pause. It is sometimes best to focus on the view ahead and paddle in a positive manner to flow in contour with the rivers motion. This may bring us to a place of calm waters and to the place of peace we most certainly desire. Again, thank you for the Hopi Teachings.
