Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

The picture above is called "Crazy Poet Embracing the Moon". It was created for no particular purpose and has no deep significant meaning that I am aware of. Just a crazy poet doing what crazy poets love doing best (well, apart from dying for love, of course but they usually leave that until last).

The image below is an illustration from an illustrated fairy tale which I haven't finished writing so, for now, I'll leave the explanation at that.

I am an illustrator essentially although I like to pursue all art forms with the possible exception of chainsaw-juggling.

The Stargazer

I love The Stargazer Ron .. well I love them all.. being a Pisces, I love fish.. and yours are so magical . ,, I love the verse you wrote on The Stargazer.. I don't know why,, but it made me cry.
Thank you, Holly.

I love fish too. They are pretty magical creatures. They inhabit a world within our world. I suppose they symbolise the denizens of the subconscious.

"I don't know why,, but it made me cry" I guess maybe because you're a stargazer too?

Ron,, I used to fish a lot, then one day I caught a snapper.. I told Cary I needed the cooler with ice.. as he went to get it.. I looked at the gasping fish in my hands and his big eyes looked up at me .. his eyes spoke to me.. I felt his panic and sadness and it overwhelmed me,.. I let him slip back into the water below. I became a vegetarian that day.

I think your verse made me think of that fish and that day.. I hope hes stargazing.

Aww Ron that's so cute! You always make me laugh and smile .. and sometimes cry .. Love the fishies!
Very beautiful... the painting and the poetry. Bravo!

This one has an abbreviated title "TCOC" but, to figure out what that stands for, you'll have to find the clues within the painting to discover its full title. This is a personal experiment to find out how many people also have waaaaaaaay too much time on their hands.

20 X 16 inches acrylics on canvas
I love the way you paint water...
The fish painting, the waves in the foreground look like snow-capped mountains... very stylized...
But the waves and froth in the turtle painting looks very realistic.
