It was there that I came upon came upon Beach Buddy.

It wasn't actually anywhere in particular, he was over by the dining room table.

Of all the Transmutated Transitional Beings, the last one I expected to run into was Beach Buddy.

It shouldn't surprise me, we share this space in this reality, but it was the energy that I was feeling that surprised me.

Something made me grab my lap top, the intention to type all of what was about to take… Continue

"No Brainer"

Went for a walk in the Muir Woods National Monument last week. Those old growth redwood trees, many of which have been around for 2000 years, never let me down. My visits there are always sooo uplifting – humbling too.

This time though, I ”got” the humbling part.

We humans would probably agree that (by at least two important criteria ) a successful life would be one which comprises special stature and longevity. Measured by that standard these ancient giants are arguably… Continue

Weekly Tidbit: Enjoying the Holidays

The holiday season at the end of the year has the potential to be a stressful time. Days are short with less light, expectations run rampant, and family of origin issues are stirred up. Most holidays are about rituals and many of us have decades of traditional imprints that are not pleasant. Since holidays were generally not fun in my childhood, as an adult I have chosen to re-organize how I celebrate this time of year. And celebration is a key word.

Developing a personal mission… Continue

Going Wireless: Taking the Risk You Fear Most

"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing." ~ Helen Keller

Though we live in an increasingly wireless world, most of us are hardwired to feel an impending sense of doom when a "deadline" looms: when we experience ourselves as being… Continue

other meditations

don't serve god trying assuming his position but for reaching his place.
don't search someone to satisfy your needs but let this someone be your need.

Enough

It's almost that time again in the U.S.: Thanksgiving. We celebrate the Pilgrims' gratitude for the kindness of their Native American neighbors, who taught them how to plant and harvest enough food to survive in a new world. It's an appropriate moment to reflect on what "enough" truly means. READ THE…

Blue

Blue as the ski and blue as the ocean,

is so much like a love potion!

Why does the world like so much blue,

when all it requires is to be true?

Waters of green can be just as nice,

and can only add that much more spice.

If we removed the others in our life,

this could only lead to so much strife!

It does take all colors of the rainbow,

to make this life truly flow.

All the cultures and languages should unite,

and this would… Continue

Scared to Sacred: How to Fall in Love with 13

Uh-oh, it's Friday the 13th! Superstition was terrific as a Stevie Wonder song, but it's not so great as a life pattern.

A society steeped in superstition and a materialistic value system will find it easy to assign anxiety to anything that threatens the status quo. Thirteen is actually is the number of movement, of change — a wild card — and that can be very scary. But it's our lost connection with the Divine in everyday life… Continue

The Immune System

ATTENTION FRIENDS..I would like to address the issue of the immune system to the people on my list as I feel it is important for you all to understand something that is vital in you being able to successfully get through this flu season and aid you in having better health in the future as well.

I will keep it as simple as I can because the understanding behind what I am going to tell you is based on quantum science and more recent research in the connection between consciousness and… Continue

A 100-Word Formula for a Soul-Inspired Life

In the current issue of my e-newsletter, What Shines, I write about how surrendering to Love, with a capital L, leads to the experience of oneness we simultaneously seek and fear. I quote from Neale Donald Walsch's final book in his Conversations With God series, Home With God.

Synchronistically ~ because synchronicity is one huge sign we're living in the flow… Continue

Light&Love to all!

W-pI.124.2. How holy are our minds! 2 And everything we see reflects the holiness within the mind at one with God and with itself. 3 How easily do errors disappear, and death give place to everlasting life. 4 Our shining footprints point the way to truth, for God is our Companion as we walk the world a little while. ~~The Gunslinger~~

Written September 5, 2009

The day began quite typically. Woke up, wanted to call out of work, went to the bathroom, and then made coffee.

Coffee finished brewing, got a cup and went back into bed to sit and drink it while online.

Read the news, CTTB, AOAND, went over to read a couple of message boards that I lurk on for laughs---

Caught up on family email---

Usual stuff.

At about 10:15 - 10:30ish, I thought I saw something in the dresser mirror,… Continue
