My dream is to create ways for the public schools to make money and help their community...I am working with Bruce Hill, head chef of BIX restaurant in San Francisco, and PICCO in Marin County to develop a program whereby the high schools in Acalanes District in Contra Costa Co, create a restaurant which serves great food at a good price. I'm a delegate to the UN Commission on the Status of Women (3/2 - 3/13/09) - it is heart-wrenching to hear stories of abuse and inequality toward women and children around the world - and it is also inspiring to hear of the courage and committment of women & men around the world to honor all beings.
