Welcome, Alana Bliss!

Panama pause in misty mountians

We are sharing time with a beautiful beings here in Panama at Los Quetzales eco-resort. High in the mountains the rains fall cool and the birds sing lullabies that inspire hearts to dance in the open sky while the spirit wanders the lush jungle adorning ridges of rock and clay. This life is a blessing, learning to wave with the ebb and flow of emotion we pass the corridor of contentment into the sanctuary of inner peace. Each breath is an opportunity to release and integrate, take in grace and exhale gratitude. Thank you, Great Spirit for this awareness.

The Adventure: Journey of New LIfe

Summer 2002-Fall 2006

One. ?

The beginning was magical and bumpy, like a whirlwind of energy. The wind before a storm with lightning and thunder close enough to be comfortable. He was a manifestation of what I'd longed for and yet he was in his own way a warrior of spirit far more devoted than either of our thought conditioned selves could have… Continue

The Mystery Calls

An Adventure always begins with a calling. A deep stirring in the soul that pulls at our very core, beckoning us toward the mystery. Perhaps it is this calling that drives people to invent, create, and step faithfully beyond their comprehension, driven by a knowing that at the other end of the unknown lies a revelation that will change there lives and the lives of those around them. I remember the day I first felt this calling. I was a young child embraced by the forest of the northern woods.… Continue

May all beings be filled with joy and peace.
May all beings everywhere,
The strong and the weak,
The great and the small,
The mean and the powerful,
The short and the long,
the subtle and the gross:

May all beings everywhere,
Seen and unseen,
Dwelling far off or nearby,
Being or waiting to become:
May all be filled with lasting joy.

Let no one deceive another,
Let no one anywhere despise another,
Let no one out of anger or resentment
Wish suffering on anyone at all.

Just as a mother with her own life
Protects her child, her only child, from harm,
So within yourself let grow
A boundless love for all creatures.

Let your love flow outward through the universe,
To its height, its depth, its broad extent,
A limitless love, without hatred or enmity.

Then as you stand or walk,
Sit or lie down,
As long as you are awake,
Strive for this with a one-pointed mind;
Your life will bring heaven to earth.

Hi Alana, I am so appreciative of your journey. I spent some Onderful time in Costa Rica, after the schooner I was on was hit by lightening on our way to Tahiti. I had a great month there, and have always meant to go back - maybe even immigrate?
There is a Peace Institute in San Jose, which I want to visit, and possibly spend some time there.
The main reason, now, that I am getting back to, is that I did not copy your post about thanking me for writing biodiesel post on "Green Group". I would really appreciate if you would send a copy of that post to that group, as Americans are generally so ignorant about diesels and biodiesel.

Thank you and bless you and yours on your One-der-full journey!
I will be keeping up and pulling for y'all! No Mistake, Ron
