Frog Medicine

Latest blog if anyone is interested :)

One of the more engaging families that has set up residency at the waterhole is a small and demure colony of frogs... gentle little creatures who busy themselves with sunning on lily pads or having a nosh on the banks of the pond, snatched morsels made up of inattentive insects and newly emerging plant… Continue

Daily Quote By Lynn Fishman

What is reflected in one of us is reflected in all of us.

"How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these."
George Washington Carver

The Jesus Bulletin~~~

Emergency Channeling from Ascended Master ~Jesus.

This just in folks.

Buckle your seat belts.

Ever since I began to hear music, I've wondered where it was all leading.

Well, today, I found out in a big way!

Ascended Master Jesus, paid me a rare visit.

I wasn't sure it was him, until he brought in St. Jude

Once Jude arrived, I knew something was cooking in the Upper---

Top Level---

Of---

Medicine Wheel & Sacred Hoop

Back in the 60s Donovan had a song about happiness, and he observed that; "Happiness runs in a circular motion, everybody is a part of everything..." Native American, African and Eastern philosophers & spiritual masters had long recognized the circle of life, and perceived it as the same circular motion... a circle of joy, a circle of happiness. Only western man, the Europeans, were given to linear thought... and because of their failure to realize the interconnectedness of all things,… Continue

?????

I'm not sure why I'm typing this.

Especially since I'm almost all type out.

(Yes I see the typo there, I'm too lazy to go back and correct it.)

That's all.

I was trying to settle down the other morning---

Actually, it wasn't the other morning, it was yesterday morning.

Time is behaving weirdly, as I've mentioned before.

But anyway, I couldn't focus on finishing up some of my stories.

I figured I'd pop into Crone to the Bone and read, maybe limit… Continue

DAILY QUOTE BY LYNN FISHMAN

THIS IS A WONDERFUL TIME TO CREATE A NEW VISION AND THEN WORK TO BRING THAT VISION TO LIFE.

"I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen".

Vipassana Meditation - New Group

Vipassana means to see things as they really are. This group is for the primary purpose of discussing your experiences, questions, and insights with Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka.

A new group has started, and Vipassana appears to be the answer to my prayers of how to really liberate myself, or at least be on the path(Dhamma).

Vipassana is one of India's most ancient meditation techniques. Long lost to humanity, it was rediscovered by Gotama the Buddha… Continue

New Law Protects Animals in Bolivia

Uncork the champagne and celebrate a major victory for animals! Bolivia has enacted the world's first law that prohibits the use of animals in circuses. If activists can shut down animal circus acts in Bolivia, a global action network on Ning can shut down bile farming in China and Korea!There's great hope from the precedence this law sets.

A small handful of… Continue

Practical applications for love 8-13-09

Anxiety is new to me. I am not sure why now, or why so intense. I can only guess, due to specific areas of growth in my life, that I am feeling some things that I have not allowed myself to feel in the past. These emotions have likely accumulated to the point that, once felt, it is a bit overwhelming, and overwhelmed I am. In the end this is only a guess, but the anxiety is here, and seems to be hanging on for a bit. Due to this hanging on aspect I have decided to try and allow it to be there,… Continue

Help Manifesting the Dream?

Hi Everyone,

The first thing I would like to announce is that I am working on my first major product! This is real progress for me and I am both humbled and excited at the same time. The product is about Success Concentration. There will be more news about this in the coming weeks.

Secondly, I plan to have the product ready in time to sell at Unseminar 7 in October! In order to fund the trip (hotel, meals, flight, seminar ticket, etc.) I am accepting sponsors just as… Continue

Weekly Tidbit: Stress

Stress has been linked to myriad diseases and has had thousands of articles written about it. Some people believe it is unavoidable; others see it as self generated. Here are three categories of stress and some suggestions for using situations as opportunities to deepen your healing practice:

A. Uncertainty: Wanting to know something that is unknowable. Examples would be worrying about what will happen at some point in the future: will I get the job, will he like me, will the plane… Continue

Burma after Aung San Suu Kyi's trial

Anything To Keep Aung San Suu Kyi Out of Burma’s Electoral Process

Rene Wadlow*

The Myanmar military dictatorship currently speaks of “Myanmar’s Road to Democracy.” This is not unlike the earlier slogan of General Ne Win and his Burma Socialist Programme Party’s “Burmese Road to Socialism.” That Road led a relatively prosperous, rice-exporting country to one that is on the UN’s list of the 50 most underdeveloped countries and a net rice importer. The most recent sign post of… Continue

~~~Let's Dance~~~
It began on Friday, late at night.
At first, I barely noticed it---
It was in the background of my awareness.
It continued on Saturday~~~~building in rich tones, throughout the day---
It became increasingly difficult to ignore.
At times, it's like an orchestra playing---and yet only certain instruments, certain tones being heard.
Calming, soothing----and, at times, expanding in intensity.
Compelling and subdued as it begins to soften and ebb… Continue
Love All
WORD FOR THE DAY (gratefulness.org)
Wednesday, Aug. 12
Love all that has been created by God,
both the whole and every grain of sand.
Love every leaf and every ray of light.
Love the beasts and the birds, love the plants,
love every separate fragment.
If you love each separate fragment,
you will understand the mystery
of the whole resting in God.
Fyodor Dostoevsky
Love this site
I love this site and the people on it, I frequently think I should be on the West coast with most of you instead of East coast. You guys and gals are so progressively brilliant, may the magic of the universe bless us all and the work we do to make this planet a better place to thrive:-) Thank you for lighting up my life and making me realize there is so much good in people and nature.
Jesus: Quintessential Everyman
Got a kick out of this, sent to me by cyberpal Jacqui Hoag:
Even God enjoys a good laugh!
There were 3 good arguments that Jesus was Black:
1. He called everyone brother
2. He liked Gospel
3. He didn't get a fair trial
But then there were 3 equally good arguments that Jesus was Jewish:
1. He went into His Father's business
2. He lived at home until he was 33
3. He was sure his Mother was a virgin and his Mother was sure… Continue
The Heart knows that We Are One.x..
I would like to share that I am being reminded at this time that we don’t have to beware or be wary, there is nothing to be afraid of... There is nothing that exists which is outside ourselves.x..
Time does not exist… We are here in this new space now, creating it moment by moment & I am in true celebration of it.x..
It is time to be ‘not afraid’ & it’s time to trust, it’s time to love & remember, we are loved… Continue
Susie 'Rainbow Love'
Rainbow Love’ was initially formed to raise funds for an eight year old boy from Ettalong on the Central Coast of New South Wales named Levi Ransfield.
Levi suffered with severe physical disabilities including Kypho-Scoliosis and bone deformities also an anomaly of his Trachea requiring a Tracheotomy to allow him to breathe. Levi and his mother required support due to his declining health and need for Palliative Care and consequently his increasing needs both from mechanical devices and 24… Continue
