I posted this on Unconditional love discussion, but want everybody to read it -

Crossroads (the poignant rest of my favorite song by Peter Makena) He said he wrote it from "ideas that came through words I heard spoken at a seminar (I met him singing for a Byron Katy Work shop), and I realized how truly interdependent and fragile we are and that love starts out with being love."

When you adopt the viewpoint
That all that exists within your circle of life
Is nothing but another part of you,

When you come to the conclusion
That there is no one who exists, who is not part of you,

You will wisely extend to yourself
An unconditional love that will be
The light of your day, the light of your night
The light that lightens up this world of ours.

LINDA, I RECEIVED YOUR MESSAGE TODAY ABOUT ME LEADING THE DISCUSSION ABOUT CHALLENGES IN OUR LIVES. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, "BE CAREFUL FOR WHAT YOU WISH FOR." I JUST FINISHED A FIVE PAGE SHORT STORY ON THE PHYSICAL, SEXUAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE I EXPERIENCED FROM THE TIME I WAS FOUR. IT WENT ON THROUGHOUT MY CHILDHOOD INTO ADULTHOOD.

I NEVER MARRIED BECAUSE MY MOTHER MARRIED THREE TIMES AND MY FATHER MARRIED FIVE TIMES. I WAS TOO AFRAID TO MARRY AND I WAS AFRAID OF LOVE. I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED BEING LOVED GROWING UP EXCEPT BY MY FATHER WHO HAD BEEN DIVORCED FROM MY MOM FROM WHEN I WAS FIVE.

I RAN FROM LOVE FROM MANY MEN UNTIL I REALIZED I WAS ALREADY IN LOVE WITH MY 28 YEAR YOUNG SON, MY FATHER AND MY TWO PRECIOUS YOUNGER BROTHERS.

I AM 55 NOW AND I ONLY STARTED TO RECEIVE LOVE IN MY LIFE........AND NOW I AM WITH A WOMAN FOR 10 YEARS NOW WHO KNOWS ONLY HOW TO LOVE. IT IS A NONSEXUAL RELATIONSHIP. I TRY TO OPEN MYSELF TO LOVE IN GENERAL NOW. IT IS A CHALLENGE BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO ARE ANGRY, JEALOUS, INSECURE, DISHONEST, AND HATEFUL. I HAVE A VERY SENSITIVE AND BIG HEART; AND I AM EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN CHOOSING WHO IS IN MY LIFE.

I HOPE WHAT I SHARE WILL HELP OPEN OTHER HEARTS TO SHARE.

Marrianne williamson wrote a book called a return to love...Its well worth reading.

Thank you for courageously confronting our collective consciousness with loving wisdom.I am pondering your questions. I am honored to be sharing with you in this way.
We are having opportunites to clear some ways of beings that no longer serve us.

Ok, of course, Ron, please copy/past your response to Muhumuza Kenneth's work on the ego in the discussion forum.,too. I want people to be able to access both writings easily .Anything written in the Comments section will eventually scroll off the page.

Having a title about the ego in the Discussion forum keeps the idea front and center. Does my idea make sense? Let me know, if not, I will give u a call.

How can I possibly forget to acknowledge Michael Jackson for the barriers /walls he was able to penetrate with his musical genius and big, big heart.
He had his challenges. Who doesn't? Thank you, Michael Jackson.You moved us forward as a planet.
