Time to say "ENOUGH!"

Time to say "ENOUGH!"

We tend to assume that, in spite of the mounting evidence to the contrary, our leaders have the best interests of the people at heart. It's way past time to question that assumption.

Do we need leaders? I have asked this question many times over the years and the answer that comes back from all but the most diehard anarchists has always been "YES". Without our leaders, I am told,…Continue

I tellya, Craig, I go t' jelly when yo' git all stern! But yo' right. We c'n chew th' fat someplace else so I guess I better git on topic here.

Well, I been readin' summa these posts an' th' way I see it is that th' whole shootin' match is 'bout t' fall down anyway. Don't really need no pushin'... know waddimean?

OK. Politicians are corrupt... so what else is new? All th' Big Wigs on th' make... tell me 'bout it!

We c'n sit here an' shout 'bout it 'til th' cows come home an' it aint gonna 'mount t' a hill o' beans.

Mebbe we should jus' let 'em git on with bein' who they are while we git on with bein' who we are! Know waddimean?

Yep. We c'n tell 'em to stop but I aint gonna put my shirt on 'em payin' much heed. Maybe it's time we stopped rantin' 'bout what happenin' in th' barn an' giton with ploughin' th' field. My ol' Pappy used t' say: "Y'can't plough a field by turnin' it over in yo' mind". Reckon he had a point.

Y'don' like what th' top brass is doin'? So do better.

Who was that ramblin' on about 'Off Topic' comments? Perhaps that was on another group. Yes, that would be Carlo on 'Transmedia'. Then again, a little comic relief doesn't hurt...but we have inboxes for personal posts.

You tellin' me that the Queen's got her own pokeys?? Well I think that's downright perverse!

Hell, Ron! I forgot what a honey-tongued ol' sunnuvagun yo' are! Yo' make me go jus' weak at the knees (mind you, that aint no great achievement).

Yeah, they don' take kindly to ex nuns doin' a little whorin' on the side down in Austin. I saw it as doin' my bit for the community but th' judge wuz of a diff'runt mind. I said "What about Sheriff McClusky, who jus' happened t' be my client when the police bust in?" He said "Ma-am, he wuz doin' it in the line o' duty". I said "What th' hell d'ya think I wuz doin' it for? FUN?"

Anyway. Good t' be back. I'll check out these posts... an' maybe the guy with the big beard... Know waddimean?

Well hello Tamara. I wondered where you'd been. What do you mean 'pokey'? We use the term 'pokey' when someone is... well.... let's say being entertained as a guest at one of Her Majesty's Houses of Correction for a period. You're not telling me that this is the case with you, are you?

You might want to read through some of the posts and recalibrate that Southern Belle approach :o) This isn't a fight, Tamara. It's a 'Peace".

Great to have you back. I've missed you.

There are a number of groups on AOAND that either promote taking a non violent stand against those who allude to power to the detriment of us all or offer sustainable alternatives to the current unacceptable status quo.

The way I see it, if we're all going in the same direction, it would help if we could all join hands. We need unity on this. I would urge all who feel strongly to join and lend support to any of the groups below of which you are not already a member. This will give us all equal access to shared information and ideas. Let's please unite and share.

In response to Joan's post...giving Obama more time. I believe the O man can create World Peace with the stroke of a pen...using Hawaiian Aloha. His first 6 mos. in office were phenomenal but, as Biden said..."He will be tested". He definitely has a plan but the powers that be continue to distract him with swine flu, pirates, Afghanistan, health care, oil spills, immigration, etc. He can hardly breath let alone focus on World Peace. I live in Hawaii, Obama's birthplace. With all the dirt put on his plate, I am ever so slightly questioning my judgment but, I still believe Barack will pull through with his Hawaiian Responsibility. The Birthers are right but for the wrong reasons. I've had Enough...Legalize Freedom!...Free Hawaii! Please read my blog post "Another view from the Mountaintop" here on my page or, for easier reading, go to: www.anotherviewfromthemountaintop.blogspot.com Mahalo, Peace Out!

I just posted this on "Legalize Freedom", a group Ron believes is 'on par' with this group. I agree. Check it out and this post will make more sense...(begin transmission)...The way they twist it..."understand" that some states have legalized pot and some not. The Feds will not because, other than a medicine, it allows an opening in human psyche to think, to question. Question the Federal government? This eventually leads to "Time To Say Enough". For example, after taking your medicine you will most likely see Peace as a preferable way of life and War and greed as barbaric...a light bulb appears and "They" don't like that. But, "They" have a list...lots of lists. I live in Hawaii and cards are available here. My guidance has never allowed me to join that list; a list of, not only pot smokers but, to "Them", a list of suspect enoughers who now see through the veils of dirty government. Hawaii State law has welcomed the list for years with people signing up left and right. But, as of this month, if you are on the list, you will no longer be eligible for any Federal programs and subject to Federal arrest. Watch for this in other states. For example, if you are on a Federal program, such as HUD, guess what...not any more. Another way of trimming the budget at the expense of the people and checking the list twice. And, when we 'say enough' and the shit hits the fan, guess what lists "They" look at for suspect Enoughers. "They have accumulated a list of 'common sense' real thinking people...people they don't want to think or analyze. Mass awakening is "Their" fear and is the true reason behind the war on drugs.
